Spa Environment
For consideration of all clients, please turn off all cellular phones before entering the spa. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa. Children are welcome ONLY with a scheduled appointment. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 11 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED. However, we request that children not accompany you for your salon or spa service.
Your Comfort
This is your time and you should enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or volume of music, just tell us. If you feel you would be more comfortable served by another team member, please let us know. We are a team of professionals and are pleased to have our clients work with all team members and staff. Cancellation Policy
In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.
ON-TIME ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Late arrivals (15 mins or more) cannot be accommodated with an extension of scheduled service times and guest will be responsible for full service fee.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Starting your treatment on time allows you the full relaxing experience you deserve.
Gift Card Policies
Gift cards can be purchased online, inside the spa & salon or by phone order. They expire 1 years from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. They cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.

To ensure a healthy, safe environment, Skinphoria is a non-smoking facility.
E-CARDS & GIFT CARDS
E-gift cards and physical gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products and must be presented at the time of appointment or purchase. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Learn more on our Gift Card page.
