How to Use:

Clean and exfoliate the area. Apply a generous layer of sorcery cream, wrap with osmotic wrap and leave in place for a minimum of 30 minutes. Wrap can be left in place longer if desired. Sorcery works great in combination with the sauna blanket or traditional sauna methods. Combine with your workout or use a wrap alone. For best results, be sure to document your measurements before and after each wrap.
